You must follow your own counsel, but I think quality of life questions must be answered. If I am ready for for the end of life, and cannot be sustained without further heroic measures, it may be time to turn off the machines, and stand back to let nature take its course. On the other hand, nature can often be cruel and vicious. Don't let that be the determining factor.
